Coronary Health Improvement Project (CHIP)
CHIP (Coronary Health Improvement Project) is a five-week intensive lifestyle education program designed to help you better understand your health, what damages your health and how to combat the damaging effects of fast-paced modern living. Meeting 3-4 evenings per week, you receive education and vital support to help you make the changes to a better life. An ongoing long-term support program will help you to keep on track. Information.
Toolbox Parenting Groups
Toolbox Groups are a unique approach to parent education, offering practical skills and strategies that you can immediately incorporate into your family. Over six sessions you explore key parenting principles and pick up practical ways to address problems as well as how to build a great team. You receive a comprehensive manual and listen to information presented by a variety of experts in a relaxed environment. Information.
Discovering God with New Eyes
The Bible is simple yet complex, Take a fresh look at discovering God by exploring the Bible & finding out how he really feels abous you. These workshops run for 6 weeks and are presented by Richard Newson. Course times vary. For more Information click here.
The School of Living Wisdom
The School of Living Wisdom is written and designed by David Riddell to assist us with everyday life. The course integrates common sense, psychology, philosophy and theology, to create a truly life changing experience.
This unique course teach basic competency in Pastoral Therapy to anyone with a desire to improve their own life, offer support to their family/friends, and acquire basic helping/counseling skills, for everyday conversations.
Described affectionately as “a check-up from the neck-up” and “uncommonly common sense”, it has been widely attended by more than 2,000 students from all walks of life over the past 15 years. Information. |
