What is CHIP?
CHIP (Coronary Health Improvement Project) is a five-week intensive lifestyle education program designed to help you better understand your health, what damages your health and how to combat the damaging effects of fast-paced modern living. Meeting 3-4 evenings per week, you receive education and vital support to help you make the changes to a better life. An ongoing long-term support program will help you to keep on track.
You will receive:
- Two health screens for total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides and fasting blood sugar.
- Two lifestyle evaluations and heart screens
- 16 dynamic health and lifestyle lectures on DVD by Dr Hans Diehl
- Dynamic Living textbook and workbook
- Jump Start and Optimal Diet booklets
- Food samples and recipes
- Regular alumni support meetings
