360 Teens & Youth 360 Ministries is a Papsda Teen and Youth initiative, starting in early 2007. The 360 Ministries vision is to “grow community where young people develop in faith and share the gospel in the context of their contemporary world”. 360 Church runs once a month on the third Saturday night of each month, starting at 5:30pm. Church includes great praise and worship, drama, dance and testimonies. Young people and their friends are invited to stay for food and sports afterwards.
360 camps are exciting! We hold two camps every year. Connect Camp is a summer camp where the focus is on inviting friends and having fun. It is here that we get to connect with young people who are not part of our community. With activities such as orienteering, team building and water sports, this camp is must for all Papsda young people. Mountain Top Camp is a winter camp where the focus is on deepening our relationship with Jesus. With an emphasis on prayer, young people will be encouraged to develop their faith in Jesus throughout every part of their lives. 360 ministries also support North New Zealand Conference Teen and Youth camps. We also run the Pathfinder Club curriculum at Papsda, intergrated with 360 ministries. 360 Tour is where we all converge on a small town somewhere in New Zealand and for a weekend and engage that community through service projects. We culminate the visit with a 360 outreach program where we encourage the young people of that community to “try Jesus”. We ask local churches to be involved in the follow-up process. 360 Life Groups are groups consisting of 6-10 young people and are lead by an adult volunteer. They run weekly and take place at Papsda on a Saturday morning from 9:30am - 10:40am. 360 Life is a Wednesday night program for teens and youth starting at 6:00pm and finishing at 8:00pm.
